This condo has a large master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen LCD TV, a walk in closet and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen LCD TV, and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom is the Disney "CARS" themed bedroom with two twin beds. This condo also has a second full bathroom. Located just 4 miles from Disney World, this condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Relax after a long day in a comfortable living room area with sliding glass doors to the screened balcony seating area. The living room has an LCD flat screen TV and a Blueray DVD player. The condo also has a spacious dining area for your family meals. The condo has two full bathrooms with plenty of linens and towels. This condo is located on the third floor. There are no elevators. It is conveniently located close to the clubhouse and the main swimming pool. The condo has a washer and dryer for your use, a pack and play, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience. You can also request a high chair. Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo. The condo is located inside the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort. All of the resort amenities are included with the rental of the condo. The resort boasts a beach style, walk-in swimming pool with a fun children's fountain area. The resort has a clubhouse with a gym and fitness area. The resort has a lot of fun activities that your family will enjoy. Convenient location with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 4 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort. This is a privately owned condo and is self catering. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. The condo must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only. Our rates start at $99 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $300 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is an $80 cleaning fee for any stay under 7 nights. |
