Our condos are fully furnished, privately owned vacation homes that feature a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. You get much more living space when you rent a vacation home. All resort amenities are included with your rental. You get a much better value for your money with a vacation home rental.
These are NOT timeshares. Our condos are privately owned rental properties and they are NOT for sale. There are no sales meetings or seminars to attend, just enjoy your stay!
We let you pick the condo you want to book! Unlike most vacation home rental companies who put you in any randomly available condo, we let you pick the unit you will be staying in when you arrive. We take the mystery out of vacation home rentals by allowing you to choose the exact condo unit you will be staying in when you arrive.
Our vacation rentals are located inside of gated resort communities and our condos are much safer than a hotel.
Sorry, due to the fact that we offer some of the lowest rates in the area, our rates are not negotiable.
If you would like to make a reservation for one of our condos, please email me with your name, address and phone/cell number and I will email you a rental contract with all of the details for the condo.
We accept checks, money orders or credit card payments. The payment instructions will be in the rental contract. All credit card payments will be processed through Paypal. For a credit card payment, just ask me to email you a Paypal request and you will be able to pay online with your credit card.
We have NO keys! All of our condos have electronic locks on the doors so you will NOT have to stop at any office to pick up keys! Our electronic locks are secure and you will be issued a code to unlock the door in your rental agreement. All you need to do is drive to the condo and let yourself in, saving you precious vacation time!
Our check in time is 4PM and check out is at 10AM. We can not offer early check-in or late check-out. Our cleaning service needs several hours to properly clean the condo.
Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside of our condos. NO EXCEPTIONS! You can smoke outside on the balcony or anywhere else outside of the condo. There is a $150 fine for smoking inside of the condo.
Absolutely NO pets are allowed in our condos. NO EXCEPTIONS!
YES! We provide all linens and towels, as well as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and spray starch
NO! Sorry, at this time we do NOT offer any theme park tickets.
You will be provided with our property manager's contact information in the rental contract. Simply call our property manager, Scott, and he will be able to answer any questions or fix any problems that you may encounter. We inspect each unit when the guest departs and we do not expect you to have any problems at the condo, but in the event that something is wrong, simply contact the property manager and he will take care of it!
We are licensed by the State of Florida and the county of Osceola and we take great pride in our condo rentals. Each property will be exactly as shown and described on this website. We have several property listings on VRBO and vacationhomerentals.com and our past guests have written many reviews for our condos. We guarantee that the property will be as described and the unit will be clean when you arrive. We also have several property reviews at Trip Advisor under Legacy Dunes Resort.
Several of our condos are handicap accessible units, please be sure to request an accessible unit when you make your reservation. We do not have walk in bath tubs or showers.
YES! There is ample free parking available in front of each condo unit. There is no charge for parking.
NO! Sorry, we do not offer daily housekeeping services, the condo is only cleaned when each guest departs.
The only additional fees we charge are cleaning fees. If your reservation is 7 nights or more, we will waive the cleaning fee. All reservations of 6 nights or less will have the cleaning fee added into the total. We also charge 13% tax, 7% for Florida state tax and 6% for Osceola county taxes. There are no parking fees or resort fees.
